Wind Ninjutsu


Jutsu: Crows and Sparrows
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank:

Range: Short/Mid
Description: By using wind chakra, Crows and Sparrows are made out of the air to go and fly around the enemy, attempting to strike him/her with their wings and feathers made from razor sharp wind.
Advantages: This technique is good for distractions or escapes, for the multiple birds flying around the opponent will confuse him/her. Because the birds are made out of wind, it is rather hard to see this technique as well. This technique can also be used for defense, by using the birds as shields around own self.
Disadvantages: Controlling multiple birds can wear out and confuse the user. While using this technique, the user must stand still or else risk losing control of the birds.


Jutsu: Ignominious Shot
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Long
Description: Through the power of wind, the user will constrict the air located around the enemy's head to restrict their breathing and knock them unconscious through lack of oxygen.
Advantages: Good way to attack a person without making contact.
Disadvantages: This technique takes up to a minimum of 5 posts from the affected person to work. The user must also have sight of the enemy to be able to use. This technique will also lighten the air around the affected area, so the people around will have slightly faster and quicker reflexes.

Jutsu: Blissful Ignorance
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Short
Description: The user will make one handsign (tora) to control the wind around self, and make it so that strong gusts of wind will blow when an enemy approaches him, to redirect attacks and movements.
Advantages: This is a very strong defense system that can be used on most attacks and moves.
Disadvantages: Depending on the weight of the opponent, the technique's potential can vary, and sometimes stall altogether. Winds can only move as fast as the air pressure allows, so in high pressure systems, this technique will half in affect.

Jutsu: Embodiment
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Mid
Description: By using wind chakra, a shape of a man is made out of the wind, and used by the controller to go and embrace an enemy. Once the man has made contact, the wind chakra will invade their body through their pores and attack the cells from within.
Advantages: The wind man can move quickly and execute the technique quickly.
Disadvantages: The wind man can be destroyed rather easily, just as a shadow clone can. The wind man is part of the users chakra, so when killed, the user will feel the pain as well.

Jutsu: Scourge the World
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Mid/Long
Description: When executed, this technique raises the wind up to 60 miles an hour, and forms dark clouds over the area. A small tornado will then form from the sky and rip up the land and anyone in the way, causing wind damage on the way up, and kinetic damage from the fall down to earth.
Advantages: This technique causes tremendous damage to those in the area.
Disadvantages: The small tornado created wont stop for anyone, so user is at risk of harm. This takes an enormous amount of chakra to use.

Jutsu: Chastise My Child
Jutsu Type: Taijustu/Ninjutsu

Range: Short
Description: This jutsu will add wind chakra to Kei Itami (see weapon creation) and produce 6 more whips made out wind onto the blades. Whenever the blades miss, the whips will go and attempt to strike the opponent.
Advantages: Acts as a fail safe for the use of Kei Itami. The length of the whips can grow to any extent.
Disadvantages: There is a risk that the user will get hit by the whips. The user's chakra will continually drain throughout the technique, increasing drainage as the size of the whips do.

Jutsu: Silent Breath
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Short
Description: When using this technique, the user will discretely blow out a small breath containing a toxic gas in which, when inhaled, will make the body feel weak and unstable to hold up, causing them to collapse.
Advantages: Very discrete and quickly used.
Disadvantages: User can also inhale this substance if careless. Because there is such a small amount of gas released, the user must be close up to the target to use.

Water Ninjutsu
Jutsu: Dehydration
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Mid
Description: The user will be able to remove all water from an enemy or target through chakra controlled osmosis.
Advantages: This technique will slow all enemy movements to a stop because of dehydration. The enemy will also recieve symptoms from normal dehydration/heat exhaustion.
Disadvantages: The user must be able to make contact with the target before using technique. The enemy can restore their water levels easily by drinking water.

Jutsu: Guyser Redemption
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Mid
Description: Using chakra to control underground aquafers, the user will create a guyser of hot steam to shoot up from the ground and burn the victim alive.
Advantages: It's Very random and sporatic, so the enemy won't be able to predict where the next guyser will come from.
Disadvantages: It's VERY RANDOM. The user doesn't even know if this technique will burn self either. Also, this technique must be used during non-humid days, so that the guyser wont be affected by surrounding water sources.

Jutsu: Holocaust in Torrentation
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Long
Description: Large thundering storm cloud will form over the area. It will then start to downpour onto the ground. At a certain point in time, the rain will get so sharp and heavy, it will start to cut through the skin and cause heavy bleeding.
Advantages: This technique covers a large area in very little efforet and time. It also drenches the ground to prepare other water/ice techniques.
Disadvantages: User is also affected by this ninjutsu, as well as surrounding homes, wildlife, buildings, etc. The amount of water in the area will affect how well this technique works, so if in a desert like area, this will be almost impossible to use.

Ice Ninjutsu

Jutsu: Lambasted Shards
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Short/Mid
Description: When around a form of water or ice, the user of the technique will be able to turn water into ice and break it into ragged shards, or break and already existing piece of ice into ragged shards, to fly after and attempt to strike down the opponent.
Advantages: Larger or small pieces of ice can do critical damage on an opponent. Possible side affects - numbing at wound or frostbite.
Disadvantages: These shards are easily dodged and or broken. The user MUST be around a water or ice source to complete the jutsu.

Jutsu: Frosting Numbness
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Mid
Description: This technique will make the area surrounding the target increasingly cold and frostlike. If the target doesn't move, they will be susceptible to frostbite and will make them lose movement of their limbs. If they do manage to recognize the technique, they will be able to run, but will slow down in terms of motor functions.
Advantages: Affects the targets one way or another.
Disadvantages: The air surrounding the target must be moist enough to control the temperature. The target can also move quickly during this technique and escape easily. Although the user can make the technique follow the target, it is still rather slow.

Genjutsu

Jutsu: Are you Alive?
Jutsu Type: Genjutsu

Range: Mid
Description:
A genjutsu that knocks the enemy into a trans like state. The enemy will envision themselves waking up in an endless black darkness, not knowing where they are or if they are alive, and wandering around for hours on end before they can realize they're in a genjutsu.
Advantages:
Will keep an enemy knocked out for hours if done correctly.
Disadvantages:
To do this genjutsu, the user must make contact with the enemy. If they are skilled ninja, they might be able to recognize the genjutsu and knock themselves back into reality in half the time.

Jutsu: Transverse Waves
Jutsu Type: Genjutsu

Range: Mid
Description:
A genjutsu that will make the enemy feel he is trapped in a sea with harsh waves throwing them around. Although in reality, they're standing steady, they feel as if they were constantly losing their balance, and messing up their attacks.
Advantages:
Makes the enemy disoriented and hard to be attacked from them.
Disadvantages: They can still move around normally and are still perfectly capable of using jutsu.
