Appearance. Mizu-chan stands at around 5'5 with long brunette hair. The top layer of her hair is placed in a bun on the top of her head with the rest of her hair falling down her back to her ankels and her bangs hiding some of her face. Only her left eye can be seen and is a light green-blue. Her chest size is compared to that of Tsunade's quite often. Her attire highlights the feature as well. She wears a low cut, off the shoulder, blue blouse atop a slightly higher raised fish net shirt. Beyond her belt, the top shirt goes on into a slitted skirt ending below her knees. The fish net carries down to the ankles covered by mid-thigh, black short and shin guards. She has a kind face upon normal visits until she is upset.
Personality. Her personality is often wavered upon meantion, or misunderstanding, about any time of romantic relationship. However, she is a kind person and sticks up for the underdog. Despite her kind nature, she can empose a scary side to those that oppose her.
Likes. Sweets, men, teenaged and vibrant people, and strategy games.
Dislikes. Mention of romantic relationships, ganging up on others, confusing situations, sour foods.

History. Mizu-chan grew up in the Mist Village working her way through the ninja system. She faced the horrid Genin Exams that gave the name "The Bloody Mist" to the Mist Village. Her family prospered in the village working in construction and fishing sites. Given her skills, she was selected as the Fifth Mizukage upon the assassination attempt on the Fourth Mizukage's life. She now rules over the village along with being tormented by her past relationships.
