Weapon. A team of her dolls
Explanation of Weapon. Her toys are made of a metal which is extremely durable. The exterior of her toys is either plastic or cloth, depending on the toy. Each doll is infused with a bit of her chakra, which allows her to control her dolls, and her alone. It also allows her to repair the dolls easily. With her jutsus, Totoi controls her toys, making them seemingly come to life. They can jump, stab, etc.

Looks. Though sixteen, Totoi will forever look eight years old, thanks to her mother. She is around four feet tall, and is slightly tall and gangly for her age. Her hair is light blue and cut short, and tied with a floppy ribbon. Totoi's eyes are red. For some reason unknown, her ears are pointed. She is usually seen in kimonos because her mother enjoys dolling her up. Her toys are always with her.

» Attitude
They come with persuasion like the snake and the apple.
Attitude/Personality. Totoi has the mentality of an eight-year old. She is extremely playful and hyper, and is always seeking out someone to play with. Her dolls are extremely important to her, and she is always seen with them. She is prone to tantrums when she doesn't have her way, or when one of her dolls gets messed up.
Likes. Dolls, stuffed animals, action figures
Dislikes. Books, medicine, hospitals
Strengths. She has lots of energy, as she is extremely hyper
Weaknesses. Cutting her dolls' hair, seeing others play with her dolls without her permission
Other. She can be easily bribed to do something (if it isn't too serious) when given candy.

History. Totoi was born in Leaf, and grew up normally until she turned eight. On her eighth birthday, her mother, in a strange way to "keep her baby", placed a jutsu on her that prevented her from aging--physically and mentally, though she is actually sixteen years old. Since then, her mother has somehow disappeared, leaving Totoi to fend for herself, though she believes that her mother is "on a trip", and will come back soon.
